L'anfibio Dastra si ispira alla purezza delle linee senza tempo del classico anfibio militare, tagliato e cucito a mano pezzo su pezzo utilizzando solo ed esclusivamente pelle bovina pieno fiore conciata al vegetale. Lo stesso pellame che acquistiamo da storiche concerie in Toscana, lo usiamo sia per la fodera interna sia per l'esterno. Il fondo è un extralight della Vibram per renderli ancor più confortevoli. L'attenzione all'ambiente, alla bellezza del pellame ed al benessere del piede ci ha spinto fin da subito ad utilizzare questo prestigioso pellame conciato con tannini vegetali al posto del cromo. Un pellame conciato con gli stessi metodi antichi che rimane un vanto italiano nella produzione mondiale, solo poche storiche aziende in Toscana continuano a produrlo. 

La forma dell'anfibio è "ideal" quindi comoda, per accogliere tutti i tipi di piedi.

Dastra boots mod. "Anfibio" are inspired by the purity of timeless lines of the classic military boots, cut and sewn by hand, piece after piece, using exclusively full grain vegetable-tanned leather cowhide. The same leather we buy from the historic tanneries in Tuscany, we use for both the inner and the outside, that's all.

The bottom is an extralight of Vibram to make them even more comfortable. Attention to the environment, to the beauty of leather  and to the well-being of time, we are immediately using this prestigious leather tanned with vegetable tannins instead of chrome. A tanned leather with the same ancient methods that are appreciated in the world production, today only a few historic companies in Tuscany continue to produce it.

The shape of these boots is "Ideal" and therefore comfortable, to accomodate all types of feet.
